Disaster Recovery

The Disaster Recovery Division serves as the central point of contact for the Department of Public Safety and its partner agencies to recover eligible disaster-related costs incurred during emergency response efforts. We offer guidance to first responder agencies and ensure that the extraordinary expenses incurred during emergency deployments, both in-state and out-of-state, are reimbursed in full compliance with federal and interstate aid programs.
